Information you choose to send
Buyers may choose to send contact details, company details, enquiry details, and reference details through email or WhatsApp. This information is used to understand and respond to the enquiry and to support later quotation or order communication if needed.
Enquiry form
The enquiry form stays in your browser until you choose an email or WhatsApp channel. Choosing a channel prepares the message for that provider; you decide whether to send it.
Selected products are saved in this browser. Quote quantities and enquiry details are kept in the current tab's session storage so you can return from a product page or refresh without starting over. Clear all in the quote list removes the selection and saved enquiry details. Draft details are not sent to our server or analytics.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics, when configured, may record aggregate page and contact interactions. This may include page activity and which contact channel or placement was selected.
Email and WhatsApp
WhatsApp and email providers process information under their own policies. Review the relevant provider's policy and account settings before sending sensitive information.
Correction and deletion
To request correction or deletion of information you sent, email ariel@squishytoysource.com. Requests are subject to legitimate record needs, including records needed to manage an active enquiry, quotation, or order.
